Leonardo A., BSN, RN
Before becoming a Registered Nurse, Leonardo (Silver) built his love for caregiving from the ground up. He spent five years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, starting in a retirement home, where he discovered the profound meaning of caring for seniors. He later brought his growing skills to Harborview Medical Center as a hospital assistant. Even while attending nursing school, Leonardo continued working as a CNA, knowing that those hands-on experiences would shape the kind of nurse he wanted to become.
With a background in critical care nursing, Leonardo has cared for patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. Those experiences not only strengthened his clinical skills but also deepened his belief in compassionate, people-centered care.
Leonardo also has a heart for teaching and mentoring others. He loves supporting new caregivers and sharing what he’s learned over the years—especially with those who feel called to make a difference in the lives of others.

Glenn J., BSN, RN
Glenn began his journey in healthcare by earning his nursing assistant certification, a foundation that helped shape his passion for caring for others. With those early experiences guiding him, he went on to pursue and earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Throughout his career, Glenn has worked in a variety of settings—including Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care, and Post-Anesthesia units—gaining valuable skills and earning additional certifications along the way. His broad experience allows him to understand and support residents with a wide range of needs.
What truly sets Glenn apart is his passion for teaching and sharing what he’s learned. He enjoys helping others grow in their roles and is always ready to offer guidance, support, and encouragement.
